Criminal Cases in the Butler County Courts
Butler County belongs to Missouri's 36th Judicial Circuit. Circuit judges hear felony cases. What the Case File Shows
A Butler County court record is arranged around the case and its separate counts. Do not stop at a status label. Stages of a Criminal Case

Butler County Criminal Case Outcomes
Missouri terms in Butler County court records can be terse. Read them in the context of the count, date, and later entries. Access & Restrictions
Missouri favors open government under the Sunshine Law, but court records also follow judiciary access rules. Remote access does not make confidential data public. Juvenile cases, sealed or expunged files, protected victim details, personal identifiers, and confidential attachments may be withheld or redacted.
